序文

株式会社大林組（以下「当社」といいます。）は、高度情報通信社会の進展に伴い個人情報の利用が著しく拡大していることに鑑み、その適正な取り扱いに努めることは企業として当然に果たすべき社会的責務であると考えております。
当社では、「個人情報保護方針」を制定し、お客様に関する個人情報の取扱い方をこれに従って行うとともに、全役職員への徹底を図っています。

当社は、「Better Co-Being App」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）の運用を通じて取得した個人情報またはパーソナルデータの取扱いについて、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）及び関連する法令、政令、規則、ガイドライン等（以下「法令等」といいます。）を遵守の上、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定め、本ポリシーに基づき取扱いを実施いたします。

なお、本ポリシーに用いられる語句は、本ポリシーにおいて他に定義されない限り、Better Co-Being App利用規約と同一の意味を持つものとします。

１．適用範囲

本ポリシーは、本サービスにて取得する個人情報及びパーソナルデータ（以下、これらを併せて「個人情報等」といいます。）の取扱いに対して適用します。

２．定義

1. 「個人情報」とは、法令上の定義に従い、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別することができるもの、または個人識別符号が含まれるものをいいます。
2. 「パーソナルデータ」とは、個人情報との境界が曖昧なものを含む、個人と関係性が見出される情報を指すものをいいます。

３．取得する個人情報等の項目

当社は、本サービスにおいて、本ポリシー４．に記載の利用目的を達成するために、次に掲げる個人情報等を取得します。

1. ユーザーから提供される情報

2. 本アプリを利用する際に取得される情報

3. 他の提供元からの情報

a. 公益社団法人2025年日本国際博覧会協会（以下「万博協会」といいます。）が提供するユーザー識別ID この情報は、ユーザーが本アプリ上で万博IDを用いてログインする際に、万博協会から提供を受け、取得されます。 ユーザー識別IDは、ユーザーを一意に識別できるランダムな文字列で構成され、この情報単体で個人を特定できるものではありません。 また、万博協会からは、ユーザー識別ID以外の個人情報等の提供は受けません。	・ユーザー識別ID

４．個人情報等の利用目的

当社は、個人情報等を、次に掲げる目的（以下「本利用目的」といいます。）の達成に必要な範囲で利用します。本利用⽬的の範囲を超えて個⼈情報等を利⽤する場合には、事前に適切な⽅法でご本人からの同意を得るものとします。

５．利用目的による制限の例外

前項の定めは、次に掲げる場合については、適用しません。

1. ご本人または第三者の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
2. 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
3. 国の機関若しくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
4. その他法令で認められるとき

６．利用情報の外部送信について

本サービスは、ユーザーの本サービス利用に関する情報（本アプリの閲覧履歴及び本アプリを閲覧した端末の情報。以下「利用情報」といいます。）を次に掲げる外部事業者に送信することがあります。

1. 本サービスは、地図表示機能及び地図検索機能を提供するために、Google 社が提供するGoogle Maps APIを利用しています。地図検索機能を利用する際には、現在地付近のコンテンツ情報を表示するために、端末の位置情報が送信される場合があります。なお、位置情報の取得は、ユーザーがブラウザや端末の設定で許可した場合にのみ行われます。ユーザーは、いつでもブラウザや端末の設定を変更することにより、位置情報の取得を拒否することができます。位置情報の取得を拒否した場合、本サービスの一部機能が利用できなくなる可能性があります。
2. 本サービスは利用状況を計測・分析し、サービスを改善するため、Google 社が提供するGoogleアナリティクス及びGoogleタグマネージャーを利用しています。これらのツールはCookieを使用して利用情報を収集しますが、個人を特定する情報は一切収集しません。なお、ユーザーはブラウザの設定によりCookieを無効にすることができます。Cookieの設定方法については、ご利用のブラウザのヘルプページ等をご参照ください。
3. Google Maps API、Googleアナリティクス及びGoogleタグマネージャーを利用して収集された情報は、Google社により同社のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます。これらのツールの規約及びプライバシーポリシーは、以下のリンクをご確認ください。

７．個人情報等の第三者提供

当社は、次に掲げる場合を除き、予めご本人の同意を得ないで、個人情報等を第三者（当社グループ会社を含みます。）に提供しません。

1. 法令に基づく場合
2. 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
3. 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
4. 国の機関若しくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
5. 合併、会社分割、営業譲渡その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合
6. その他法令で認められるとき

８．個人情報等の適正な取得

当社は、適正に個人情報等を取得し、偽りその他不正の手段により取得することはありません。

９．個人情報の取扱いの委託

当社は、本利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を社外に委託する場合があります。この場合、当社は委託先との間で個人情報保護に関する契約を締結し、法令等及び当社の基準に則り、委託先において個人情報の安全管理が図られるよう、必要かつ適切な監督を実施するとともに、委託終了後は個人情報の委託先からの回収等に努めます。

10．個人情報の開示

当社は、当社所定の方法によりご本人から個人情報の開示の請求を受けた場合には、法令等の定めに従い、ご本人に対し遅滞なく確認を行い開示するよう努めます。但し、開示することにより次のいずれかに該当する場合は、その全部または一部を開示しないことがあります。なお、開示しない場合には、ご本人に対し遅滞なくその旨を通知します。また、第三者への個人情報の提供にかかる記録並びに第三者から個人情報を受ける際の確認の記録についても、同様とします。

1. ご本人または第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合
2. 当社の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
3. 法令に違反することとなる場合

11．個人情報の訂正等

当社は、当社所定の方法によりご本人から個人情報の内容が事実でないという理由により、その内容の訂正、追加または削除（以下「訂正等」といいます。）の請求を受けた場合には、個人情報保護法以外の法令の規定により特別の手続きが定められている場合を除き、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、遅滞なく必要な調査を行い、その結果に基づき当該個人情報の内容の訂正等に努め、ご本人に対しその旨を通知します。なお、調査の結果に基づき、訂正等を行わない決定をしたときも、ご本人に対し遅滞なくその旨を通知します。

12．個人情報の利用停止等

当社は、当社所定の方法によりご本人から個人情報が本利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えて取り扱われているという理由、または偽りその他不正の手段により取得されたものである等の理由により、その利用の停止、消去、または第三者提供の停止（以下「利用停止等」といいます。）の請求を受けた場合には、遅滞なく必要な調査を行い、その結果に基づき違反を是正するために必要な限度で、個人情報の利用停止等を行うことに努め、ご本人に対しその旨を通知します。但し、個人情報の利用停止等に多額の費用を要する場合その他利用停止等を行うことが困難な場合であって、ご本人の権利利益を保護するため必要なこれに代わるべき措置をとれるときは、その代替策を講じます。なお、調査の結果に基づき、利用停止等を行わない旨の決定をしたときも、ご本人に対し遅滞なくその旨を通知します。

13．理由の説明

当社は、ご本人から求められた、または請求されたにもかかわらず、

1. 個人情報等の利用目的を通知しない
2. 個人情報の全部若しくは一部について開示しない
3. 個人情報の内容の訂正等を行わない
4. 個人情報の利用停止等を行わない

のいずれかを決定し、ご本人にその旨を通知する場合には、その理由を説明するよう努めます。

14．本サービス終了後の個人情報等の取扱い

当社は、本サービスの運用を通じて取得した個人情報等を、本サービス運用終了後も当該個人情報等を当社にて保有している限り、引き続き本ポリシーに基づいて取扱います。

次に掲げる個人情報等については、2025年12月末日で破棄します。

1. 本ポリシー３．１）a．に記載の登録情報のうち、プロフィール画像、ニックネーム、自己紹介文、ユーザーID
2. 本ポリシー３．１）d．に記載の問い合わせ情報
3. 本ポリシー３．２）e．に記載の端末情報のうち、IPアドレス
4. 本ポリシー３．３）a．に記載の万博協会から提供されるユーザー識別ID

15．個人情報等の安全管理措置

当社は、個人情報等を本利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、正確かつ最新の状態でアクセス制御をかけたクラウドサーバー上で管理します。当社は、個人情報等の漏洩、減失、毀損等のリスクに対して、技術面及び組織面において合理的かつ厳正な安全管理措置を講じます。

16．本ポリシーの変更

当社は、本ポリシーを、法令等の変更への対応の必要性及び事業上の必要性等に応じて、随時改善するよう努めます。

Introduction

In light of the significant increase in the use of personal information driven by the development of the advanced information and communications society, Obayashi Corporation (hereinafter, the “Company”) believes that ensuring the proper handling of such information is a social responsibility that we must fulfill as a company.
The Company has established a Personal Information Protection Policy, to which it adheres when handling customers’ personal information, and ensures that all employees and officers are fully aware of it.

The Company will handle personal information or personal data collected through the operation of the Better Co-Being App (hereinafter, the “Service”) in accordance with the Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “Policy”) it has established as follows and in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter, the “Personal Information Protection Act”) and related laws, ordinances, regulations, guidelines, etc. (hereinafter, the “Laws and Regulations”).

The words and phrases used in the Policy shall have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use of Better Co-Being App unless otherwise defined in the Policy.

1. Scope

The Policy applies to the handling of personal information and personal data (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Personal Information, etc.”) collected through the Service.

2. Definitions

1. “Personal information” means, as defined by law, information about a living individual that can be used to identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, or other description contained in the information, or that contains a personal identification code.
2. “Personal data” refers to information that can be associated with an individual, including data that has ambiguous boundaries with personal information.

3. Personal Information, etc. Collected

In the Service, the Company collects the following Personal Information, etc. to achieve the purposes of use described in 4. of the Policy.

5. Exceptions to Restrictions by Purpose of Use

The provisions of the preceding paragraph do not apply to the following cases.

1. When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of the user or a third party, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent.
2. When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent.
3. When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or a party entrusted by them in carrying out duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual’s consent may hinder the execution of those duties.
4. Other cases permitted by laws and regulations.

6. External transmission of usage information

The Service may transmit information on the user’s use of the Service (browsing history of the app and information on the device used to access the app; hereinafter, “Usage Information”) to the following external service providers.

1. The Service uses Google Maps API provided by Google LLC to provide map display and map search features. When using the map search feature, the device’s location information may be transmitted in order to display content information near the current location. Note that location information is collected only when it is allowed by the user in the browser or device settings. The user may opt out of the collection of location information at any time by changing the browser or device settings. If the user opts out of location information collection, some features of the Service may not be available.
2. The Service uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, provided by Google LLC, to measure and analyze usage and improve the Service. These tools collect usage information using cookies but do not collect any personally identifiable information. Please note that users can disable cookies through their browser settings. For information on how to set cookies, please refer to the help page, etc. of your browser.
3. Information collected using Google Maps API, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager are managed by Google LLC in accordance with its privacy policy. Please check the following links for the terms and privacy policies of these tools.

7. Provision of Personal Information, etc. to Third Parties

The Company will not provide Personal Information, etc. to third parties (including the Company’s group companies) without the user’s prior consent, except in the following cases.

1. When required by law.
2. When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of a person, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent.
3. When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent.
4. When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or a party entrusted by them in carrying out duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual’s consent may hinder the execution of those duties.
5. When personal information is provided as a result of business succession due to a merger, demerger, business transfer, or other reasons.
6. Other cases permitted by laws and regulations.

8. Appropriate Collection of Personal Information, etc.

The Company collects Personal Information, etc. in an appropriate manner and will not collect such information through deception or other wrongful means.

9. Outsourcing the Handling of Personal Information

The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to outside parties to the extent necessary to achieve the Purposes of Use. In such cases, the Company will enter into a contract for the protection of personal information and will conduct necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure that the contractor manages personal information securely in accordance with laws, regulations, and the Company’s standards, and will endeavor to recover the personal information from the contractor after the outsourcing is completed.

10. Disclosure of Personal Information

If the Company receives a request from the user in accordance with the prescribed method for disclosure of personal information, it will endeavor to confirm with the user and promptly disclose the information in accordance with laws and regulations. However, if disclosure would result in any of the following cases, the Company may not disclose all or part of the information. If the information will not be disclosed, the Company will promptly notify the user to that effect. The same applies to records of providing personal information to third parties and records of confirmation when receiving personal information from third parties.

1. If there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the user or a third party.
2. If there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper conduct of the Company’s operations.
3. If it would violate laws and regulations.

11. Correction, etc. of Personal Information

If the Company receives a request from the user to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter, “correct, etc.”) personal information in accordance with the prescribed method on the grounds that the content of the personal information is not true, it will promptly conduct the necessary investigation, endeavor to correct, etc. the content of the personal information in accordance with the result of the investigation to the extent necessary to achieve the Purposes of use, except for cases where special procedures are prescribed by laws other than the Personal Information Protection Act, and notify the user to that effect. If the Company decides not to correct, etc. the information in accordance with the result of the investigation, it will promptly notify the user to that effect.

12. Cease of Use, etc. of Personal Information

If the Company receives a request from the user in accordance with the prescribed method to cease the use, erase, or cease provision to a third party (hereinafter, “cease the use, etc.”) of personal information on the grounds that the personal information has been handled beyond the extent necessary to achieve the Purposes of Use, or that the information has been collected through deception or other wrongful means, it will promptly conduct the necessary investigation, and in accordance with the result of the investigation, it will endeavor to cease the use, etc. of the personal information to the extent necessary to correct the violation and notify the user to that effect. However, if it is difficult to cease the use, etc. of personal information due to reasons such as the substantial costs involved, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the user, such alternative measures will be taken. If the Company decides not to cease use, etc. in accordance with the result of the investigation, it will promptly notify the user to that effect.

13. Explanation of Reasons

If, despite the user’s request or demand, the Company decides to do any of the following and notifies the user thereof, it will endeavor to explain the reasons.

1. Not to notify the purpose of use of Personal Information, etc.
2. Not to disclose all or part of personal information
3. Not to correct, etc. the content of personal information
4. Not to cease the use, etc. of personal information

14. Handling of Personal Information, etc. after Termination of the Service

The Company will continue to handle Personal Information, etc. collected through the operation of the Service in accordance with the Policy for as long as it retains such Personal Information, etc. after the termination of the Service.

The following Personal Information, etc. will be destroyed at the end of December 2025.

1. Of the registration information described in 3. (i) a. of the Policy, profile image, nickname, self-introductory text, and user ID
2. Inquiry information described in 3. (i) d. of the Policy
3. Of the device information described in 3. (ii) e. of the Policy, IP address
4. User recognition ID provided by the Expo Association described in 3. (iii) a. of the Policy

15. Measures for Secure Management of Personal Information, etc.

The Company will manage Personal Information, etc. on an access-controlled cloud server in an accurate and up-to-date condition to the extent necessary to achieve the Purposes of Use. The Company will take reasonable and strict measures for the secure management of Personal Information, etc., both technologically and organizationally, against the risk of leakage, loss, damage, etc.

16. Amending the Policy

The Company will endeavor to improve the Policy as necessary to respond to changes in laws and regulations and business needs.
